When we launched iMod Education we knew that it would be a popular course because of the hands on approach that it offers. However, we certainly didn’t expect to have more than 200 students within 6 months. It has been quite incredible to work with the students as they progress through the course all the way to graduating and receiving their certificate. There’s a magical feeling attached to helping someone become further educated and even more of a magical feeling when we see students excel in SEO and go on to find better jobs.
With the pressure of managing 200 students we have set up a support ticket management system to further assist students with any queries they may have and we’ve kept our response time to less than 8 hours and aim to keep it in this region. Nobody wants to wait for an answer, and we don’t want anyone to wait either. Along with the support system, we are now working on our channels, the blog, Facebook, and Twitter, which will be updated on a regular basis. More importantly, we are expanding on the course material in real-time as we discover new ways that Google are doing things. We felt that these three enhancements would evolve our course, create a voice for it and allow us to provide up-to-date and relevant education to our students.
